In the framework of the Partnerships for Childcare Solutions research international innovative company examples were collected and analysed on how companies can assist their employees in solving their need for childcare services and thus improving equal opportunities for employment of larger segments of the population.
For the Chapter on Hungary a Hungarian Country Review was prepared including 5 company case studies. The Hungarian examples included different types of summer camps, company owned childcare facilities, baby-sitter service offered for a discount price, as well as places reserved at private childcare institutions as part of the cafeteria benefit system.
